Axine’s commercial systems range in capacity from 10,000 gallons per day (GPD) to several million GPD and treat effluent up to 10,000 mg/L of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD).
The basic building block of a commercial Axine system is a standard-sized single “module” illustrated below consisting of many individual electrolytic cells. Wastewater is introduced to each module where it is treated and clean effluent exits each module.
Multiple modules are packaged together and installed at customer facilities as complete wastewater treatment systems. They will be integrated into existing wastewater plants or combined with other treatment technology and equipment (e.g. primary treatment) and supplied as new wastewater systems.
Due to the highly modular nature of the technology, Axine systems can be installed in a variety of configurations making it ideal for customers with limited space.
